TERMS
OF BUSINESS
Our
standard Terms and Conditions relating to the engagement of personnel
for Permanent Employment are shown below. All applicants submitted
will have been carefully screened by
In-Parallel Computer Staff Ltd. However it is the responsibility
of the client to ensure they are fully satisfied with the experience
and credentials of each candidate to undertake the duties of the
position on offer.
The
introduction fees are:
15% of Starting Salary up to £29,999.00 per annum
17.5%
of Starting Salary of £30,000.00 per annum and above
In the event of an applicant leaving your employment before a period
of 12 weeks has elapsed, a refund of one twelfth of the fee is credited
to you for each week not worked. The full fee is payable in the
event of the engagement being terminated for any reason after the
initial period of twelve weeks employment.
